| dc.description | Las tierras inundables pertenecientes a la baja cuenca del río Luján - periféricas en el contexto del Aglomerado Gran Buenos Aires (AGBA) - se han visto transmutadas abruptamente durante las últimas décadas. Donde hace poco tiempo atrás se alternaban áreas urbanizadas dispersas, huertas adaptadas a esas condiciones físico naturales, recreos sindicales, emprendimientos forestales y, en especial, grandes extensiones de tierras vacantes (en su mayoría bajo dominio privado y sin un uso productivo definido), surgieron de entre los fangos de esas tierras inundables urbanizaciones cerradas, marinas, lagos, canales, complejos de oficinas corporativas, hoteles de lujo, centros comerciales, nuevos accesos viales, entre otros "artefactos de la globalización".Este trabajo, busca "marcar" y llamar la atención sobre la fase de evolución de los procesos globalizadores, en los que la economía de mercado ha consolidado el avance de las urbanizaciones cerradas sobre rellenos en áreas inundables, cuyo proceso parece no encontrar solución en el marco de desarrollo actual en la Argentina. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The floodplain of low Luján river basin - in the context of peripheral Greater Buenos Aires (AGBA) - has been abruptly transformed in recent decades. Where in recent years we found scattered urbanized areas alternated with orchards that adapted to these natural physical conditions; forest business; and especially, large extensions of vacant land (mostly under private ownership and without a defined productive use), it emerged from the sludge of these floodplain: gated communities, marinas, lakes, canals, corporate office complexes, luxury hotels, shopping malls, new access roads, among other "artefacts of globalization".This work aims to "check" and call attention to the development phase of the globalization processes, in which the market economy has consolidated the progress of gated communities on landfills in flood plains, which finds no solution within the current development framework in the Argentina. | en-US |
