| dc.description | El presente artículo se inscribe entre los estudios de Historia Reciente que indagan acerca de los modos de control social en Santa Fe en torno a la época de gobiernos autoritarios y desde una perspectiva regional. Atendiendo a la especificidad de los dispositivos implementados por el gobierno local de 1976-1983, constata que éste no produjo innovaciones sustanciales en la organización espacial de la ciudad, sino que se preocupó por delinear una imagen de orden y regular su desarrollo. A continuación, se analizan las políticas urbanísticas, las operaciones de reforma y reordenamiento urbano y los modos de significación espacial impuestos.Atento a ello, utiliza una metodología ecléctica y cualitativa que conjuga enfoques y conceptos de disciplinas y tradiciones analíticas diversas para analizar las fuentes producidas por la administración municipal, la prensa santafesina y el campo arquitectónico-urbanístico del momento, conjuntamente con la producción de entrevistas orales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The study of social control at the time of State terrorism has generated wide interest in Recent History. On the other hand, urban and architectural studies have focused on the modifications of Argentinean cities under the military dictatorship (1976-1983). However, none of those have examined the urban policies as producers of a new order in the town. Consequently, this research aims to combine those traditions in order to recognise the modifications introduced in Santa Fe and the urban policies adopted by the local government. Furthermore, it analyses the meanings attached to public space.In order to achieve these, the procedure included reading the literature on the subjects and the primary sources (local government documents, the newspaper and studies from architecture and urbanism). Moreover, a photographic record and several interviews were produced. | en-US |
