| dc.description | En el último decenio, se manifiestan procesos repentinos en la dinámica territorial cuyos cambios están generados por actividades estrechamente vinculadas a significativos flujos de inversiones y dentro de los cuales, muchos corresponden a una acción territorializadora del turismo residenciado.Este trabajo, reconoce alguno de esos procesos espaciales bajo la impronta de actuaciones territoriales anteriores en un marco de conflicto entre intereses divergentes en la dinámica de la estructura social y el medio ambiente natural, bajo condiciones y resistencias culturales, sociales y psicológicas variadas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The last decade has seen a sudden process of change of the territorial dynamics generated by activities that are closely related to significant flows of investments, where most of them are the result of a territorialisation process of residential tourism.This article reviews some of the spatial processes under the influence of previous territorial incidents in a context of conflict between divergent interests of the social structure and the natural environment, under various cultural, social and psychological resistances. | en-US |
