| dc.description | El presente trabajo, da las pautas de la organización del territorio y su efecto en la dimensión de la ciudad como espacio social, donde es patente la fragmentación que causan las políticas neoliberales como la flexibilidad productiva en una transición económica que más allá de las reformas institucionales y la reestructuración económica, vela una nueva forma de pensar la ciudad como el efecto de un ordenamiento utópico cada vez más distante de la propia organización de espacios urbanos, donde las contradicciones sociales se patentan en nuevas formas de desigualdad como de discriminación.Al pensar la ciudad, los conflictos relativos al ordenamiento y la organización del territorio ante su nexo con los procesos de producción flexible, y las asimetrías regionales como locales que presenta, son el marco en que debe explicarse las vicisitudes de lo citadino. Las contradicciones entonces dejan su mella en la creciente desigualdad urbana, y la fragmentación social tiene su mayor expresión en las ciudades donde las contradicciones se patentan día a día en la cotidianidad citadita. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article provides guidance for the organisation of the territory and its effect on the social dimension of the city, where the fragmentation caused by neo-liberal policies is evident, such as productive flexibility in an economic transition that, over institutional reformations and economic re-structuring, supports a new way of thinking the city as the effect of an utopic organisation that gets distant from the organisation of urban spaces, where the social contradictions are evident in new forms of inequity and discrimination.When thinking the city, the conflicts related to planning and organisation of the territory and its connection with flexible production processes, and the local and regional asymmetries that they present, are the framework for the explanation of the vicissitudes of the city dweller. The contradictions leave their notch in the growing urban inequity, and the social fragmentation has its main expression in those cities where contradictions are evident in every day life. | en-US |
