El presente artículo busca establecer un análisis descriptivo de la evolución urbana de la comuna de Ñuñoa, entre los años 2001 y mediados del 2006, basándose en los permisos de edificación respectivos. Se realiza un análisis estadístico de los proyectos, segmentándolos por zona y calles. Se discute, a modo de comentario, como la evolución de dicha comuna ha ido transformando el perfil de Ñuñoa, en cuanto al tema de vida de barrio, y como la ciudadanía ha tomado cartas en el asunto.The present article looks for to establish a descriptive analysis of the urban evolution of the commune of Ñuñoa, between the half-full years 2001 and of the 2006, being based on the respective permissions of construction. A statistical analysis of the projects is made, segmenting them by zone and streets. One discusses, as a commentary, as the evolution of this commune has been transforming the profile of Ñuñoa, as far as the subject of life of district, and as the citizenship has intervened in the affair.
