| dc.description | This article is about the semantics of urban planning and its paradigms in relation of the theory of city making, which requires efforts that admit different connotations for different people, and each of these different versions relies on its own rules, or postulates new ones.The ultimate goal behind this task, on a first and important instance, is to review and assess the latest national urban policy formulated in 2013, with the cultural heritage given by previous policies, and in second and final instance, to envisage the institution that should provide a better urban development than the current one. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo trata sobre la semántica del urbanismo y sus paradigmas a partir de la teoría del hacer ciudad, cuyo esfuerzo admite diferentes connotaciones para diferentes personas, y que cada una de estas versiones distintas se vale de sus propias reglas del juego, o las postula.El objetivo final detrás de esta tarea, en una primera e importante instancia, tiene por objeto revisar y valorar la última versión de una política urbana nacional formulada en el año 2013, premunidos del acervo cultural dado por las políticas predecesoras; y en una segunda instancia definitiva, anticipar cómo visualizar la institucionalidad que debiera cobijar un mejor desarrollo urbano que el actual. | es-ES |
