| dc.description | El propósito de este trabajo es revisar algunos antecedentes sobre la obra realizada por la institucionalidad urbana chilena entre 1965 y 1976 y destacar las ideas básicas que orientaron la formulación de soluciones urbanísticas en los proyectos más significativos realizados en el período. El enfoque conceptual de los proyectos urbanos, evoluciona desde la propuesta para la Remodelación San Borja, tal vez la más representativa e importante de todas, hasta los criterios de evaluación del Concurso Internacional de 1972, cuya propuesta seleccionada no llegará a ejecutarse. Este trabajo "marcar", quizás la etapa más madura que transcurre en el año 1971 con la propuesta de un conjunto de seccionales de remodelación urbana, que contienen, no sólo una dimensión física, sino también social, con la pretendida incorporación de soluciones habitacionales de interés social en un proceso de consolidación urbana de las áreas centrales de la ciudad de Santiago. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The aim of this paper is to review the work done by the Chilean urban institutions between 1965 and 1976, and to highlight the main ideas that guided the formulation of urban solutions in the most significant projects carried out in that period. The conceptual approach of urban projects evolved from the proposal for the San Borja development, perhaps the most representative and important of all, to the evaluation criteria for the International Competition in 1972, whose winning project was never built. This work highlights perhaps the most mature stage set in 1971, with the proposal of a set of urban renewal master plants, which contain not only a physical, but also a social dimension, with the alleged incorporation of social housing in a process of urban consolidation of the central areas of the city of Santiago. | en-US |
