dc.description	El propósito de este artículo es reconocer, analizar y comentar los alcances de la civilización romana hacia otras latitudes del mundo; específicamente la civilización de China, identificando para ello la documentación de cronistas de la época, occidentales y orientales, que puedan referirse a ambas civilizaciones; y establecer, además de si hubo un conocimiento mutuo entre estos pueblos, sea por medio de un contacto directo o indirecto. Esta revisión está acotada al período romano de los emperadores Antoninos (96 al 192 D.C) y de la Dinastía Han en China (206 A.C – 220 D. C). La investigación, además de la revisión de fuentes occidentales y orientales, se apoya en Mapas y en investigación historiográfica actualizada.	es-ES
dc.description	The purpose of this article is to recognize, analyze and comment on the scope of Roman civilization towards other latitudes of the world; Specifically the civilization of China, identifying for this the documentation of chroniclers of the time, Western and Oriental, who can refer to both civilizations; And establish, in addition to whether there was mutual knowledge between these peoples, whether through direct or indirect contact. This review is limited to the Roman period of the Antoninus emperors (96 to 192 D.C) and the Han Dynasty in China (206 BC - 220 D.C). The research, in addition to the review of Western and Eastern sources, relies on maps and updated historiographical research.	en-US
