dc.descriptionLa degradación del paisaje requiere del análisis de éste como recurso natural, necesario de conservar y preservar tanto para el bienestar de las poblaciones locales como para el desarrollo de estos territorios. En este caso se considera la zona comprendida de San Fabián de Alico, comuna del sector cordillerano andino de la Región del Ñuble, para determinar las características de su fragilidad considerando factores geomórficos que se suman a la tradicional medición visual, lo cual permite identificar unidades de paisaje jerarquizando espacios, necesarios para la planificación y el ordenamiento territorial, más allá de los diagnósticos que no consideran lo público y lo privado. Queda en evidencia no obstante la necesidad de contar con más factores para realizar la gestión del territorio.es-ES
