| dc.description | This article analyzes how the military legitimized their actions,in the precise moment of their occurrence, beyond the officialstatements of the Military Junta.Through Critical DiscourseAnalysis and historiographic analysis, we establish a link betweenthe textual elements of two expressions of testimonialliterature with the various contexts of power. We determinethe construction of legitimacy based on “formal ideology”and “total ideology”, a-rationalities, fear, instincts and the establishmentof biopowers that were functional to the “war”through which the Military State imposed its sovereignty.Keywords: legitimation, fear, formalideology, total ideology,instinct,a-rationality, biopower,biopolitics, military-civilianregime. | en-US |
