Se hace una lectura crítica de los estudios históricos sobre políticas sociales en Chile, los que no establecen de manera clara las complejas relaciones entre ambos actores o simplifican sus interacciones. Para ello se estudiarán algunos hitos que marcaron el recorrido de dichas políticas, los supuestos ideológicos presentes en los debates y los límites difusos de las competencias del Estado y de las familias. | es-ES |
