It inquires on the obligations of the employer and the State itself in the face of this problem, emphasizing the rules set by international organizations as they were incorporated to Chilean legislation. | dc.description | A través del presente trabajo se analiza el reconocimiento del acoso sexual en el lugar de trabajo, como un acto que violenta la dignidad del trabajador, conculcando sus derechos fundamentales. Se indaga sobre cuáles son las obligaciones del empleador y el propio Estado frente a este flagelo; haciéndose hincapié en lo reglado por los organismos internacionales y como fue incorporado en la legislación chilena. Finalmente, se examina la acción de tutela, como una vía expeditiva para el acceso a la justicia por parte de una víctima de acoso sexual y el análisis jurisprudencial efectuado sobre esta problemática | es-ES |
