| dc.description | Las remuneración, en tanto elemento esencial del contrato de trabajo, posee una configuración contractual intrínseca y otra extrínseca. Ella proviene tanto de la ley como de la naturaleza misma del contrato de trabajo. En este ensayo expondremos una primera clasificación estructural, en virtud de la cual veremos cómo opera la onerosidad del contrato de trabajo y ajenidad en los riesgos, jurídicamente. Luego veremos cómo se explican jurídicamente las remuneraciones participativas (eventuales) y al importancia de los criterios jurídicos expuestos, para evitar confundirlas con las remuneraciones variables (permanentes). | es-ES |

It comes from both the law and the nature of the employment contract. This essay will show a first structural classification, in which we will see how the onerous contractwork and the employer's risks, legally operates.
