| dc.description | The Inter-American Court of Human Rights analyzes four issues in the case of Lagos del Campo vs. Peru. First, the special protection of freedom of expression at the workplace. Second, the recognition of the right to job stability under the protection of the right to work set out in the Inter-American human rights instruments. Third, the protection of freedom of association covers any organization and its representatives that represent the legitimate interests of workers. Fourth, the inclusion of the payment of the retirement pension as a repair of the material damage. This decision is relevant as it sets the legal parameters regarding the above-mentioned subjects for the national normative systems. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos analiza cuatro temas centrales en el Caso Lagos del Campo vs. Perú. En primer lugar, la protección especial de la libertad de expresión en el ámbito laboral. En segundo lugar, el reconocimiento del derecho a la estabilidad laboral al amparo del derecho al trabajo recogido en los instrumentos interamericanos de derechos humanos. En tercer lugar, la protección a la libertad sindical cubre a cualquier organización y sus representantes que representan los intereses legítimos de los trabajadores. En cuarto lugar, la inclusión del pago de la pensión de jubilación como reparación del daño material. Este fallo es relevante ya que establece los parámetros legales con respecto a los temas antes mencionados para los sistemas normativos nacionales. | es-ES |
