dc.descriptionEl procedimiento penal francés ha sido objeto de numerosas reformas a partir del año 1990. Sin embargo, no se han efectuado todavía las reformas estructurales necesarias por falta de consenso sobre el diseño de nuestro futuro proceso penal. Los dos puntos claves de la reforma analizados en el presente artículo son la suspensión del juez de instrucción y la modificación del régimen de la detención policial.es-ES
