| dc.description | This article analyzes two theories on tort law causation, which have been traditionally accepted by nation case law and doctrine, namely, the theory on the equivalence of the conditions and adequate causation. The article takes into account case law that reiterates the validity of those theories, as well as the functions they must fulfill in accordance with the normative theory of objective responsibility, which has recently arised in our legal system. | en-US |
