| dc.description | The present research deals with the process of enrichment of public law by the incorporation into the Constitution of its three golden rules: the separation of powers with check and balances; the delimitation of the powers granted by the Constitution in each of them, protecting individual an social freedoms; and the transparency in the exercise of those powers, which is a principle connected to the probity in the pursuance of the common good. | dc.description | En la presente investigación se aborda el proceso de enriquecimiento del derecho público con la incorporación a la Carta Fundamental de sus tres reglas de oro: la separación de poderes con frenos y contrapesos; la delimitación de las potestades radicadas por la Constitución en cada uno de ellos, protegiendo la libertad individual y social; y la transparencia en ejercicio, principio con el cual se halla vinculada la probidad en la consecución del bien común. Las tres máximas, principios o reglas enunciadas se integran, indisolublemente, en la democracia constitucional. Es tarea de la judicatura infundirles eficacia. | es-ES |
