Semiologies of Desire in "Signos bajo la Piel" Starting from the premise that the author of "Signos bajo la piel" seeks the reinvention of body language as eroticized when viewed from a post feminist perspective, this study explores the representation of desire in the stories of Pia Barros. By making use of the theory of the body of Helena Cixous and Luce Irigaray, this analysis centers on the dif.ferent modes in which the stories confront the need to re-conceive and re-write, from the generic dif.ference, the ero tic experience of a heterogeneous group ofwomen.es-ES
