| dc.description | The 50th anniversary of the II Vatican Council (inaugurated on October 11, 1962) provides a privileged occasion to bring together a certain evaluative outlook. This is a “certain” evaluative outlook , because 50 years is the period of a generation that permit the recognition of changes, concrete contributions, specific limitations and some pending tasks; on the other hand, an ecclesial event of this magnitude and significance requires the outlook of many perspectives on the longer term to recognize all the wealth of its contributions. In virtue of this historical perspective in which the content of faith is formulated, in theology, the hermeneutics of the councils is an ongoing task. | en-US |
| dc.description | Estos 50 años que estamos recordando del inicio del Concilio Vaticano II (inaugurado el 11 de octubre de 1962) son una ocasión privilegiada para recoger su aporte en una cierta mirada evaluativa. Se trata de una “cierta” mirada evaluativa, pues 50 años es el tiempo de una generación y permite ya reconocer los cambios, los aportes concretos, algunos límites y algunas tareas pendientes; por otro lado, un acontecimiento eclesial de esta magnitud y significación requerirá de muchas miradas en un plazo más largo para reconocer toda su riqueza y aportes. En virtud de esta perspectiva histórica de la formulación de los contenidos de la fe, en teología, la hermenéutica de los concilios es una tarea permanente. | es-ES |
