| dc.description | The contribution of Paul Ricoeur to philosophy, hermeneutics and contemporary theology is undoubted. With this author a creative reinterpretation takes place around the art of interpreting a text, of understanding it as a living and polysemic unit, and of evidencing the relationship between vital event and reading. From this, our contribution framed in fundamental theology, seeks to give an account of some notes on Ricoeur’s understanding of the event of revelation. The experience of God that the people of Israel and the apostolic community had is, according to Ricoeur, a moment that can be interpreted, but not in a monolithic way, but deeply polyphonic. The revelation is plural dialogue, this because the revealed God himself is not monotonous but is deployed or revealed in different linguistic ways. This, in short, does not represent a romantic sense of the interpretive process, but is an expression of its criticality and historical location in understanding interpretation as the task of a living, confessional and culturally situated community. | en-US |
| dc.description | El aporte de Paul Ricoeur a la filosofía, a la hermenéutica y a la teología contemporánea es indudable. Con este autor acontece una reinterpretación creativa en torno al arte de interpretar un texto, de comprenderlo como una unidad viva y polisémica, y de evidenciar la relación entre acontecimiento vital y lectura. A partir de esto, nuestro aporte enmarcado en la teología fundamental, busca dar cuenta de algunas notas sobre la comprensión que Ricoeur tiene del acontecimiento de la revelación. La experiencia de Dios que el pueblo de Israel y la comunidad apostólica tuvieron es, a juicio de Ricoeur, un momento que puede ser interpretado, pero no de manera monolítica, sino que profundamente polifónica. La revelación es diálogo plural, esto porque el mismo Dios revelado no es monocorde sino que se despliega o revela en distintos modos lingüísticos. Esto, en definitiva, no representa un sentido romántico del proceso interpretativo, sino que es expresión de su criticidad y ubicación histórica al entender la interpretación como tarea de una comunidad viva, confesante y culturalmente situada. | es-ES |
