| dc.description | El presente artículo se basa en una investigación que, desde la mirada de la neurociencia social, se plantea como objetivo establecer el impacto que poseen variables sociocognitivas como la empatía y la inteligencia fluida en la manifestación de prejuicio implícito y explícito de estudiantes con pares inmigrantes, pertenecientes a una comuna de la Región Metropolitana. La investigación utiliza el paradigma IAT, una escala de actitudes hacia la multiculturalidad (EAHMC), el Empathy Index (Bryant, 1982) y la aplicación del WISC IV para conocer los niveles de inteligencia fluida. | dc.description | This article is based on a research that, from the perspective of social neuroscience, aims to establish the impact of sociocognitive variables such as empathy and fluid intelligence in the manifestation of implicit and explicit prejudice of students with immigrant peers, within a commune in the Metropolitan Region of Chile. The research uses the IAT paradigm, a scale of attitudes towards multiculturalism (EAHMC), the Empathy Index (Bryant, 1982) and the application of the WISC IV to know the levels of fluid intelligence.
