| dc.description | Hace algo más de una década, se han creado una serie de modificaciones legales, programas y diversas líneas de acción con objeto de potenciar y fortalecer el rol de los equipos directivos, lo cual se ha transformado en un tema central dentro de las políticas educativas de hoy en día. El objetivo principal de este artículo es dar a conocer la importancia que tiene el acompañamiento docente a través del desarrollo de “conversaciones desafiantes”, dentro del marco del liderazgo pedagógico. Además, se esbozan lineamientos para la planificación y análisis de una “conversación desafiante”, a través de técnicas y acompañamientos profesionales asociadas a mentorías y coaching. | es-ES |
| dc.description | A little over a decade ago, a series of legal modifications, programs and various lines of action have been created in order to strengthen the role of management teams, which has become a central issue within the educational policies of today. The main objective of this article is to make known the importance of teaching support through the development of “challenging conversations”, within the framework of pedagogical leadership. In addition, guidelines are outlined for the planning and analysis of a “challenging conversation”, through professional techniques and accompaniments associated with mentoring and coaching. | en-US |
