| dc.description | The educational environment has been transformed as a consequence of IT integration. In this sense, online education continues to evolve and its success has become a challenge. Therefore, the objective of this work is to identify the key success factors of e-learning programs, considering the student, teacher, institution and experts point of view. A review of the scientific literature that has analyzed the success factors of the e-learning system was carried out, taking into account the vision of one or several of the involved agents mentioned. Finally, 49 papers were selected and analyzed. The results set out in detail the key success factors for each agent. This work contributes to the academic literature by concentrating on an article the knowledge developed on the success factors of the online teaching system. | en-US |
| dc.description | La integración de las TIC en la enseñanza ha transformado el entorno educativo, la educación online continúa evolucionando y su éxito se plantea un reto. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo es identificar los factores clave de éxito de los programas de e-learning, teniendo en cuenta el punto de vista del estudiante, docente, institución y expertos. Para ello se realizó una revisión de la literatura científica que ha analizado los factores de éxito del sistema de e-learning, teniendo en cuenta la visión de alguno o varios de los agentes implicados mencionados. Finalmente, se seleccionaron y analizaron 64 trabajos. Los resultados exponen de forma detallada cuáles son los factores clave de éxito para cada uno de los agentes. Este trabajo contribuye a la literatura académica concentrando en un artículo el conocimiento desarrollado sobre los factores de éxito del sistema de enseñanza online. | es-ES |
