| dc.description | Regarding those who have favored the alternative of “returning” to the Consti- tution of 1925 – hence, back to the “Chilean constitutional tradition” – as the foundation in shaping a new institutional order, this paper states that there is no clear continuity between the 1828, 1833 and 1925 constitutions. Además, en ambos casos se puede discutir su legitimidad de origen y en lo que se refiere a esta última, también la afirmación de que se habría legitimado en su ejercicio. | es-ES |
