| dc.description | This article proposes the idea that photography, as a medium of representation, is the model used for the construction of La nueva novela (The new novel) by Juan Luis Martinez. Photography joins ambivalent features, such as its romantic-scientific origin, its documental character, as well as its capacity to distort what it represents, deceiving the observer. Given its intrinsic features, the photographic procedure allows the author to reflect on the representation, language, literature, identity and history. | en-US |
