The photographic image is the contemporary image par excellence, that expresses a complex power as a trace and material evidence of reality. Photography also acts like an index, that is to say, a physical and material equivalent of memory. In this way, by means of those images -where the content is the memory -evidence-, photography controls representation and becomes a document. The relevance of these photographic documents lies in their being the ultimate achievement of the so-called 'objective vision': accurate, truthful and natural. La imagen fotográfica es la imagen contemporánea por excelencia, que expresa un poder complejo como rastro y presencia material de realidad. Tambien actúa la fotografia como indice, es decir un equivalente físico y material de la memoria. Es así como la fotografia por sus imagenes -donde el contenido es la evidencia de la memoria- domina la representation constituyendose en documento. La importancia de estos documentos fotográficos, es que se constituyen en los maximos logros de la Hamada "visión objetiva": exacta, verdadera, natural.
