| dc.description | El objetivo del presente artículo es reflexionar acerca de las dificultades conceptuales que presenta el concepto de maltrato infantil y comprender las discrepancias existentes entre los datos entregados sobre casos de maltrato físico infantil, tanto por los medios de comunicación social, las investigaciones existentes en el área y la información documentada por organismos públicos del área de salud, justicia y educación en Chile. Para responder estas interrogantes el artículo discute las siguientes temáticas: (1) problemas de conceptualización y medición, (2) actores sociales involucrados en la pesquisa de casos de maltrato infantil, (3) registros empleados, (4) consecuencias, y (5) conclusiones. | es-ES |
