Por ello, es imperativo que las competencias obtenidas inicialmente sean de excelencia y se complementen y actualicen durante el ejercicio de la profesión. Tanto los propios sujetos que desempeñan los roles pedagógicos como también aquellos que tienen responsabilidad de gestión directiva se deben comprometer con la realización de actividades tendientes a lograr una mejor calidad del desempeño laboral, en sintonía con las demandas de la sociedad, las cuales son cambiantes y cada vez más complejas.es-ES
