They should also consider theirinfluence in the genesis and growth of the cognitive structures enabling the earlychildhood learning process. Since they allow early learners to perform as best aspossible both in daily life and in sports, such structures are fundamental in children’sperformance.El artículo destaca la responsabilidad que tiene el educador de párvulos de planificarestrategias educativas que brinden la oportunidad de aprender y desarrollar el ámbitomotor en el primer ciclo de la educación parvularia.La gestión realizada por el educador de párvulos consiste en brindar las experienciasde aprendizaje, en forma sistemática, intencionada y organizada en este ámbito deldesarrollo, considerando la influencia que éste tiene en la génesis y el crecimiento delas estructuras cognitivas que permiten el aprendizaje en el niño pequeño y que mástarde son fundamentales en su desempeño, permitiéndole desenvolverse en formaóptima en su vida cotidiana y en los deportes que sean de su interés.
