| dc.description | In response to the cultural and normative changes that affect education, catholic schools know they are challenged to rethink, confirm and position their educational project as a current proposal for this new time. A distinctive and key process is pastoral ministry, which, paradoxically, being valued in institutional discourse, is poorly understood in practice, both because of the complexity of the religious phenomenon and because of its poor articulation with the academic environment. This essay develops the contribution that ministry can make today so that student learning is a reflection of a believing synthesis of the knowledge and experiences that flow in school. | dc.description | Atendiendo a los cambios culturales y normativos que afectan a la educación, las escuelas católicas se saben desafiadas a repensar, confirmar y posicionar su proyecto educativo como una propuesta vigente para este nuevo tiempo. Un proceso distintivo y clave es la pastoral que, paradójicamente, siendo valorada en el discurso institucional, es poco comprendida en la práctica, tanto por la complejidad del fenómeno religioso como por la escasa articulación que tiene con el ámbito académico.
