| dc.description | The intention to forge a school government, based on the historical context of the 1991 Constitution, has been a significant experience for democracy in Colombia. However, the historical course has shown the absence of democratic changes, plurality and transformation that link the student body in the autonomous formation of their school government. On the contrary, the school government has become a replica of the precarious Colombian democratic model and has led to an eroded, simulated democracy. In this way, it is necessary to take the theoretical approaches of Paulo Freire regarding its political content, to establish a democratic dialogue that supports the awakening of youth. | en-US |
| dc.description | La intención de forjar un gobierno escolar, a partir del contexto histórico de la Constitución de 1991, ha sido una experiencia significativa para la democracia en Colombia. Sin embargo, el transcurso histórico ha demostrado la ausencia de cambios democráticos, pluralidad y transformación que vincule al estudiantado en la formación autónoma de su gobierno escolar. Por el contrario, el gobierno escolar se ha convertido en una réplica del precario modelo democrático colombiano y ha llevado a una democracia de simulación, erosionada. De esta forma, es necesario tomar los planteamientos teóricos de Paulo Freire respecto a su contenido político, para entablar un diálogo democrático que respalde el despertar de la juventud. | es-ES |
