dc.description	The objective is to formulate a critique from the dogmatic parameter, developed in its doctrinal and jurisprudential aspects, to the interpretative thesis that the Chilean Supreme Court has given to article 96 of Decree N° 2.421, in order to obtain a correct interpretation of the regulations, a logical application of the relevant legal institutions, and the due safeguarding of the certainty and legal certainty to which the judgments of the highest Court should aspire.	en-US
