| dc.description | Education is a key element in the life of any country. Through it sets the type of society we want to conform, making possible the social, cultural and economic development of peoples. That is why greater efforts and greater state investments are directed towards the implementation of a model efficient and quality education. Education and teaching and are a cornerstone of any political system of democracy based on freedom and pluralism, which in turn is reflected in the recognition of a set of their own rights in education. The education of our country in the global and European context in which we draw a complex picture in terms of freedom of education is concerned. The Spanish Constitution of 1978, has been providing a legal framework for progress, respect and understanding with the recognition of a double right in education: the right of everyone to education and the right to freedom of education (art. 27.1 CE). | en-US |
| dc.description | La educación es un elemento clave en la vida de cualquier país. A través de ella se configura el tipo de sociedad que se desea conformar, haciendo posible el desarrollo social, cultural y económico de los pueblos. Por eso los mayores esfuerzos y las mayores inversiones de los estados se dirigen hacia la implantación de un modelo educativo eficiente y de calidad. La educación y la enseñanza se muestran así como un pilar fundamental de todo sistema político basado en la democracia la libertad y el pluralismo, lo que a su vez se manifiesta en el reconocimiento de un conjunto de derechos propios del ámbito educativo. La educación de nuestro país, en el contexto mundial y europeo en el que nos encontramos, dibuja un cuadro complejo en cuanto a las libertades educativas se refiere. La Constitución Española de 1978, nos ha venido ofreciendo un marco jurídico de progreso, respeto y entendimiento con el reconocimiento de un doble derecho en materia educativa: el derecho de todos a la educación y el derecho a la libertad de enseñanza (art. 27.1 CE). | es-ES |
