This paper gives an account of the main results of the phonetic-phonologic adjustments (PPA) of 3 to 4 year-old children with Mixed Specific Language Impairment (Mixed SLI). The CLAFF framework (Soto-Barba et al., 2011a), from the Spanish Clasificación de Ajustes Fonético-Fonológicos (classification of phonetic-phonologic adjustments), was used to determine the type of PPA present in this pathological child speech. The results show significant quantitative as well as qualitative differences between both types of speech when these results are compared to those of children with normal speech (León, 2012). Este trabajo presenta los principales resultados de los ajustes fonético-fonológicos (AFF) en niños con trastorno epecífico de lenguaje mixto (TEL Mixto) entre 3 y 4 años de edad. Para determinar los tipos de AFF en este tipo de habla infantil patológica, se utilizó la pauta CLAFF (Soto Barba y otros, 2011a). Si se comparan los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación con los del habla normal (León, 2012), se observan considerables diferencias, tanto cuantitativas como cualitativas, entre ambos tipos de habla.
