| dc.description | The tapeo, typical Spanish gastronomic custom, has crossed our frontiers to be settled in numerous parisian eatery establishments. This study aims to analyse a sufficiently large and representative sample of menus that include Spanish tapas offered in premises located in the French capital. After the elaboration of a lexical corpus grouped around the tapas, their ingredients and presentations, the translation techniques used in these documents will be analysed. Indeed, these aperitifs appear totally or partially in their original version, or they are translated into the French language in a more or less picturesque manner, thus expressing the difficulties existing in their translation. | en-US |
| dc.description | El tapeo, costumbre gastronómica típicamente española, ha cruzado nuestras fronteras para instalarse en numerosos establecimientos de restauración parisinos. En este estudio se procede al análisis de una muestra suficientemente amplia y representativa de cartas y menús que incluyen tapas españolas ofrecidas en locales ubicados en la capital francesa. Tras la elaboración de un corpus léxico agrupado en torno a las tapas, sus ingredientes y presentaciones, se analizan las técnicas de traducción empleadas en estos documentos. En efecto, estos aperitivos aparecen total o parcialmente en versión original o traducidos a la lengua francesa de manera más o menos pintoresca plasmando de este modo las dificultades existentes en su traducción. | es-ES |
