| dc.description | This article presents a conceptual discussion of telework. For the synthetic treatment of the subject through a general vision, we want to place this innovation in its macroeconomic context, highlighting the logic of production and accumulation of the dominant mode of production, which explains the conditions that allowed its emergence half a century ago. After analyzing the characteristics of this new work process and presenting the opinions of teleworkers and employers who employ them, we will see the main characteristics of the Legislation that has just been approved in Argentina inquiring about the risks to physical and mental health and mental it generates. | dc.description | Este artículo presenta una discusión conceptual del teletrabajo. Para el tratamiento sintético del tema con una visión de conjunto, queremos situar esta innovación en el contexto macroeconómico poniendo en evidencia la lógica de producción y de acumulación del modo de producción dominante, que es lo que explica las condiciones que permitieron su surgimiento hace medio siglo. Luego de analizar las características de este nuevo proceso de trabajo y de presentar las opiniones de teletrabajadores y de los empresarios que los emplean, veremos las principales características de la Legislación que acaba de aprobarse en Argentina indagando sobre los riesgos para la salud física, psíquica y mental que genera. Por la escasez del espacio, no vamos a reflexionar sobre el impacto de la pandemia sobre el teletrabajo. | es-ES |
