This article is about the meaning of educational vocation, and ethical, creative and esthetic dimensions and about freedom. What is the call of education? What is her purpose? In this days, is absolutely necessary to recover her moral sense, stolen earlier by the positivism and now by the new technocratic approach.By a phenomenological exercise, three letters face the subject. The first one is about education, ethic and politic: vocation traces. The second one: the didactical transposition, vocation leitmotiv. And the third one: the class room: an archeological draw of didactical experience. The three letters are sources for the educational vocation return.En este artículo se aborda el sentido de la vocación en sus dimensiones: ética, creativa, estética y de la libertad. ¿A qué nos convoca la educación? Es necesario rescatar el carácter moral de la educación usurpado, otrora, por el positivismo y, hoy, por un tecnicismo de nuevo cuño, que ha derivado hacia posturas tecnocráticas.En un ejercicio fenomenológico, tres Cartas abordan el problema. Ellas consideran: educación, ética y política, trazos de una vocación; la transposición didáctica, leitmotiv de la vocación, y el aula, bosquejo de una arqueología de la experiencia didáctica. Estas son algunas fuentes para restituir una vocación por la educación.
