dc.descriptionThis article aims to describe an overview of the theoretical evolution of business administration, focusing the subject on some conceptual axes considered of interest in higher education institutions. Some evaluation models are presented in university-level educational institutions, as well as studies carried out in nursing graduate training centers, with the aim of contributing to the exceedance of the quality levels achieved. Finally, some of the conclusions are analyzed, derived from the pilot test of application of the institutional self-evaluation guide, designed by the researcher for the School of Nursing of the University of the Republic (UDELAR).en-US
dc.descriptionEn este artículo se pretende describir una visión panorámica de la evolución teórica de la administración empresarial, enfocando el tema en algunos ejes conceptuales considerados de interés en las instituciones de educación superior. Se presentan algunos modelos de evaluación en instituciones educativas de nivel universitario, así como estudios realizados en centros formadores de licenciados en enfermería, con el propósito de aportar a la superación de los niveles de calidad alcanzados. Finalmente, se analizan algunas de las conclusiones, derivadas de la prueba piloto de aplicación de la guía de autoevaluación institucional, diseñada por la investigadora para la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad de la República (UDELAR).es-ES
