| dc.description | Coeducation is a learning tool in the educational field and it is in an initial stage of implementation in Colombia. The objective of this article is to systematize the pedagogical experiences of gender approach management in alternative education as a transversal element in education. The qualitative methodology of socio-critical type has proposed based on the design of analysis categories and information from primary sources such as open interviews, observation recorded in photographs, and field diaries. Besides, a conceptual basis that allows an academic location to understand the reflections on this subject. Subsequently, it is shown how the observed educational institutions are evidenced as alternative education and their understanding of gender equity in their daily work is revealed. Finally, the relation that some teachers make between gender equity and the exercise of sexuality or sexual diversity of their students generates conclusive reflections. | en-US |
| dc.description | La coeducación como herramienta aplicable al ámbito educativo está en una etapa inicial de implementación en Colombia; en este artículo cuyo objetivo es sistematizar las experiencias pedagógicas del manejo del enfoque de género en la educación alternativa, como elemento transversal de la educación. La metodología cualitativa de tipo socio-crítico propone con las categorías de análisis y levantamiento de información con fuentes primarias, como entrevistas abiertas, observación registrada en fotografías y diarios de campo; también una base conceptual que permite una ubicación académica para comprender las reflexiones en torno a esta temática. Posteriormente se evidencian las diversas maneras en que las instituciones educativas observadas se conciben como de educación alternativa y comprender la equidad de género en su quehacer cotidiano. Finalmente se generan reflexiones concluyentes por la relación que hacen algunos docentes entre la equidad de género y el ejercicio de la sexualidad o la diversidad sexual de sus estudiantes. | es-ES |
