dc.descriptionIt is in the relationship between teaching and learning that the teaching work materializes as a social and worker being. In this sense, this article has the purpose of reflecting the teaching work from the Special Regime of Administrative Law (REDA) in the state of Bahia, especially in the municipality of Juazeiro, linked to the Territorial Center of Education (NTE)-10. The methodological path was as follows: a) organization of a bibliographic research; b) analysis of documents such as legislation that guide and regulate the operation of REDA in Bahia, notices of selection processes and school programming; c) field research conducted with teachers hired between 2016 and 2020 and data collection for qualitative and quantitative analysis of results. Thus, the results pointed to the precariousness of the work of the teacher managed by the REDA, even though the teaching function is endorsed with meanings.en-US
dc.descriptionEs en la relación entre enseñanza y aprendizaje donde se materializa la labor docente como ser social y trabajador. En este sentido, este artículo pretende reflexionar sobre el trabajo docente desde el Régimen Especial de Derecho Administrativo (REDA) en el estado de Bahía, especialmente en el municipio de Juazeiro vinculado al Núcleo Territorial de Educación (NTE)-10. Como ruta metodológica se cubrió: a) la organización de una búsqueda bibliográfica; b) el análisis de documentos como las leyes que guían y regulan el funcionamiento de la REDA en Bahía, los edictos de los procesos de selección y la programación escolar; c) la investigación de campo realizada con los profesores contratados entre los años 2016 y 2020 y la recogida de datos para el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los resultados. Así, los resultados apuntan a la precariedad del trabajo del profesor gestionado por REDA, aunque la función docente esté dotada de significados.es-ES
