| dc.description | The financing mechanisms of the Chilean educational system are varied, however there is a type of instrument that provides interesting returns to universities and their relationship with the environment based on guidelines and themes of national interest. These instruments are the performance agreement, and this study addresses, from the student perspective, some actions that were carried out at the University of Playa Ancha, within the framework of the UPA 1301 Performance Agreement. It is a quantitative investigation, whose The main interest was to know the perception of the students involved in this initiative regarding the contributions it generated to their professional training processes. The theoretical approach explores three axes: 1) university models, 2) the forms and expressions of university extension and connection with the environment, in addition to 3) social innovation. The results indicated that the processes of connection with the environment could make it possible to generate contributions not only to the academic development of those involved, but also to build and advance in the resolution of problems that are of interest to society. | en-US |
| dc.description | Los mecanismos de financiamiento del sistema educativo chileno son variados, sin embargo existe un tipo de instrumentos que presta interesantes rendimientos a las universidades y a su relación con el entorno a partir de las orientaciones y temáticas de interés nacional. Dichos instrumentos son los convenio de desempeño, y este estudio aborda, desde la perspectiva estudiantil, algunas acciones que se llevaron a cabo en la Universidad de Playa Ancha, en el marco del Convenio de Desempeño UPA 1301. Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa, cuyo principal interés fue conocer la percepción de los y las estudiantes involucradas en dicha iniciativa respecto de los aportes que generó a sus procesos de formación profesional. El abordaje teórico explora tres ejes: 1) los modelos de universidad, 2) las formas y expresiones de la extensión universitaria y vinculación con el medio, además de 3) la innovación social. Los resultados indicaron que los procesos de vinculación con el medio, podrían permitir generar contribuciones no solo al desarrollo académico de los y las involucradas, sino que también permite construir y avanzar en la resolución de problemáticas que son de interés para la sociedad. | es-ES |
