dc.descriptionThe present work focuses on the Initial Teacher Training (FID) specifically in the Pedagogy career in physical education, whose objective is to determine the perception that teachers and students have regarding the formative and shared evaluation (EFC) implemented in four subjects of different career training levels. Said implementation was carried out in the following stages: planning among the teachers of the subjects around the application of the EFC, socialization and implementation with the students to establish group goals in pursuit of teamwork and evaluation of the experience through groups. focal points for both teachers and students. Among the main results, the positive assessment of students and teachers to the reflective and feedback spaces that promotes a greater commitment of the student body stands out, while certain difficulties are observed in the distribution of leadership in the work groups that reveals an inequitable view. of the final evaluation process.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo se centra en la Formación Inicial docente (FID) concretamente en la carrera de Pedagogía en educación física, cuyo objetivo es determinar la percepción que tienen docentes y estudiantes respecto a la evaluación formativa y compartida (EFC) implementada en cuatro asignaturas de distintos niveles de formación de la carrera. Dicha implementación se realizó en las siguientes etapas: planificación entre las docentes de las asignaturas en torno a la aplicación de la EFC, socialización e implementación con los estudiantes para establecer metas grupales en pos del trabajo en equipo y valoración de la experiencia a través de grupos focales tanto para docentes como estudiantes. Destaca la valoración positiva de estudiantes y docentes a los espacios reflexivos y de retroalimentación que promueve un mayor compromiso del cuerpo estudiantil, mientras que se aprecian ciertas dificultades en la distribución del liderazgo en los grupos de trabajo que devela una mirada poco equitativa del proceso evaluativo final.es-ES
