The Network of Community Technical Institutes (ITC), with the support of strategic allies, has since its inception worked on the implementation of the Community Educational Model (EDUCAR) with the purpose of strengthening the curricular development of the Professional Technical Baccalaureates in Agricultural Development and Agroforestry Management in 28 Institutes in the central west of Honduras. This article presents the experience of the ITC Network that, as a way to face the circumstances created by the COVID 19 pandemic, implemented a hybrid education system, adapting the methodologies of the EDUCAR Model to this system, relying on platforms, resources, technological equipment, internet access and teacher pedagogical strengthening.La Red de Institutos Técnicos Comunitarios (ITC), con apoyo de aliados estratégicos, desde sus inicios ha trabajado en la implementación del Modelo Educativo Comunitario (EDUCAR) con el propósito de fortalecer el desarrollo curricular de los Bachilleratos Técnicos Profesionales en Desarrollo Agropecuario y Gestión Agroforestal en 28 Institutos del centro occidente de Honduras. (Red ITC, 2020) En este artículo se presenta la experiencia de la Red ITC que, como una forma de enfrentar las circunstancias creadas por la pandemia de COVID 19, implementó un sistema de educación híbrido, adecuando las metodologías del Modelo EDUCAR a este sistema, apoyándose en plataformas, recursos, equipos tecnológicos, acceso a internet y fortalecimiento pedagógico docente.
