| dc.description | This paper presents two analy tical cases of redox titration, where analytical chemistrystudents have difficulty quantifying the sample problems, because the analyte and the titrant have a different stoichiometric ratio from (1: 1). The cases are: Determination of organic carbón in soil by dicromatometry and determination of oxygenated water volumes by permanganatometry.The learning of students in these subjects, are achieved if the contents are reinforced prior to the corresponding laboratories.As adjustments of the redox equations involved in the analysis and mmoles calculations, moles, grams between the oxidant and reducer from the final equation and determining the amount of the analyte from the titration aliquot to the present quantity of theanalyte in the upper volume or mass of the test sample. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este trabajo se presentan dos casos analíticos de volumetrías de óxido reducción, donde los estudiantes de química analítica, tienen dificultad para cuantificar las muestras problemas, debido a que el analito y el titulante tienen una relación estequiométrica distinta (1:1). Los casos son: Determinación de carbono orgánico en suelo por dicromatometría y determinación de volúmenes del agua oxigenada por permanganatometría. Los aprendizajes de los estudiantes en estos temas se logran si los contenidos se refuerzan previo a los laboratorios correspondientes. Tales como ajustes de las ecuaciones de óxido- reducción involucradas en el análisis y los cálculos de mmoles, moles, gramos entre el oxidante y reductor a partir de la ecuación final y determinar de la cantidad del analitodesde la alícuota de titulación hasta la cantidad presente en el volumen o masa de la muestra problema. | es-ES |
