dc.description	From both inequalities and discrimination that women face in labour world, it deals with legal, administrative, and judicial treatment to maternity leave right in Chile, its adaptation to international rights and a comparative analysis of it. Se destacan así las problemáticas y brechas aun existentes, pero desde un texto que pretende refundir los principales aspectos de este derecho maternal.	es-ES
