dc.descriptionThe present paper presents a proposal of a manual to facilitate the formation of a Learning Community that ineludes educational units of different educational establishments of a región or country. Can be used as a teaching resource for the educational institutions interested in forming these communities with the aim of promoting the dialogic learning, critical reflection of the pedagogical work and cooperative work among the members of the various groups. The manual, is formed by the 11 teaching guides that inelude theoretical, conceptual, and a series of activities that will help the formation of learning communities. Each activity is headed by a ñame, its purpose, its modality, didactic resources needed and the inputsrequired. Has an introduction and ends with a reflection on the subject matter. The manual contains a bibliography for the  participants of the group to have access to the sources on which support their development Learning Communities provides a bibliography for group participants have access to the sources in which the preparation of this manual was supported.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo plantea una propuesta de un manual que facilite la formación de una Comunidad de Aprendizajeque incluya unidades educativas de diferentes establecimientos educacionales de una región o del país.Puede ser utilizada como recurso didáctico por los establecimientos interesados en formar estas comunidades con la finalidad de promover el aprendizaje dialógico, la reflexión crítica del quehacer pedagógico y el trabajo cooperativo entre los integrantes de los diversos grupos. El manual, está formado por las once guías didácticas que incluyen bases teóricas, conceptuales y una serie de actividades que ayude de la conformación de comunidades de aprendizaje. Cada actividad está encabezadapor un nombre, su objetivo, su modalidad, recursos didácticos necesarios y los insumos requeridos. Tiene una introducción y finaliza con una reflexión acerca de la temática tratada. El manual contiene una bibliografía para que los participantesdel grupo tengan acceso a las fuentes en las cuales se apoyó su elaboración. es-ES
