Companies nowadays are considering mental health as an increasingly important issue for their employees, since it has been shown that this has an impact on their productivity and, therefore, on the economic performance that is generated in the workplace. The information related to occupational health is reflected in the non-financial information statement (NFIS), a document presented by listed companies together with their annual financial statements. Therefore, the aim of this study is two-fold, based on the analysis of these documents of the companies of the IBEX-35, the reference stock market index in Spain. On the one hand, the type of information provided by the NFISs of IBEX-35 companies on mental health will be analysed and, on the other hand, how the inclusion of information on mental health matters at a terminological level financial translators who work with this type of text. With this a preliminary view of the information on mental health that appears in these reports will be provided and a reflection on what it currently means for the work of financial translators.En la actualidad, las empresas conceden cada vez más importancia a la salud mental de sus empleados, puesto que ha quedado demostrado que esto tiene una repercusión en su productividad y, por tanto, en el rendimiento económico que se genera en el lugar de trabajo. La información relacionada con la salud laboral queda reflejada en el estado de información no financiera (EINF), documento que presentan las empresas cotizadas junto con sus estados financieros anuales. Por tanto, en este estudio nos planteamos dos objetivos a partir del análisis de estos documentos de las empresas del IBEX-35, índice bursátil de referencia en España. Por un lado, analizar el tipo de información que aportan los EINF de las empresas del IBEX-35 sobre la salud mental y, por otro, analizar lo que supone la inclusión de información en materia de salud mental a nivel terminológico para el traductor financiero que trabaja con este tipo de textos. Esto nos permitirá aportar una visión preliminar de la información en materia de salud mental que aparece en estos informes y lo que supone actualmente para el trabajo del traductor financiero.
