TECHNIFICATION OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND GENDER TECHNOLOGIES: CRITICAL NOTES FROM ANTHROPOLOGICAL ABOLITIONISM

dc.descriptionTechnological mediation in social dynamics transforms thought processes and identity, generating posthumanist approaches on how technological culture configures psychosexual identity. Purpose: To articulate an anthropological abolitionism (AbA) as a theoretical strategy to understand ‘gender’ from the contemporary philosophy of technology, conceiving it as a transductive operation that implies the configuration of a technified consciousness. Method: A qualitative methodology is used through the critical analysis of cosmotechnical and xenofeminist literature. Subsequently, with a cosmopolitical and technomaterialist approach, the concepts of technodiversity and intersectionality are integrated. Results: Three premises of the AbA are presented: a) psychosexual identity is inscribed in a cosmopolitical tension between the universal and the particular; b) human consciousness unfolds in a technified form, so it produces gender technologies within a culture; and c) human intelligence manifests a situated and technodiverse reality, so gender identity refers to one of its multiple modalities. Conclusions: AbA allows us to discuss the values attributed to psychosexual identities, examines the ontological qualities of the intelligences that produce these entities, and broadens the horizon of a psychology of gender, articulating perspectives for understanding identity in an increasingly technologized world.en-US
dc.descriptionLa mediación tecnológica en las dinámicas sociales transforma procesos de pensamiento e identidad, generando abordajes posthumanistas sobre cómo la cultura tecnológica configura la identidad psicosexual. Propósito: Articular un abolicionismo antropológico (AbA) como estrategia teórica para comprender el ‘género’ desde la filosofía contemporánea de la tecnología, concibiéndolo como una operación transductiva que implica la configuración de una conciencia tecnificada. Método: Se utiliza una metodología cualitativa mediante el análisis crítico de literatura cosmotécnica y xenofeminista. Posteriormente, con un enfoque cosmopolítico y tecnomaterialista, se integran los conceptos de tecnodiversidad e interseccionalidad. Resultados: Se presentan tres premisas del AbA: a) la identidad psicosexual se inscribe en una tensión cosmopolítica entre lo universal y lo particular; b) la conciencia humana se despliega de forma tecnificada, así que produce tecnologías de género dentro de una cultura; y c) la inteligencia humana manifiesta una realidad situada y tecnodiversa, por lo que la identidad de género refiere a una de sus múltiples modalidades. Conclusiones: el AbA permite discutir los valores atribuidos a las identidades psicosexuales, examina las cualidades ontológicas de las inteligencias que producen estas entidades, y amplía el horizonte de una psicología del género, articulando perspectivas para entender la identidad en un mundo cada vez más tecnificado.es-ES
