dc.descriptionCurrently in Chile, there are no official guidelines that determine the role and/or professional profile of rural teachers, nor are there any for teachers working in urban settings. There are only general guidelines that cement some of the teaching functions to be performed at the national level. These guidelines are not exhaustive. This is the case with those contained in some legal frameworks such as the General Education Law, the Curriculum Foundations, Study Programs, the Framework for Good Teaching, among others.en-US
dc.descriptionActualmente en Chile, no existen lineamientos oficiales que determinen el rol y/o perfil profesional del/la docente rural, tampoco lo hay para el profesorado que se desempeña en contextos urbanos. Solo se cuenta con orientaciones generales que cimentan algunas de las funciones docentes a ejecutar en el plano nacional. Estas orientaciones no son taxativas. Tal es el caso de aquellas contenidas en algunos marcos legales como la Ley General de Educación, las Bases Curriculares, Programas de Estudios, Marco para la Buena Enseñanza, entre otros.es-ES
