El autor describe brevemente cada uno de los cuatro principios que originalmente fueron planteados por P. J. Viladrich y que han seguido numerosos autores posteriores: libertad religiosa (como principio y no como derecho), igualdad religiosa, laicidad y cooperación Estado-Confesiones; termina haciendo algunas consideraciones acerca del orden y de las relaciones que existen entre ellos. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The principles of the Ecclesiastico Law are those general legal principles that define the position of the State and that prompt its performance concerning the citizens’ religious life (individual and collective). The author briefly describes each of the four principles that were originally set forth by P. J. Viladrich and that other authors have followed: religious freedom (as a principle, not as a right); religious equality; secularity, and State-Confessions cooperation.
